Vid dessa punkter tar solens och planeternas tyngdkraft ut varandra. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r f\u00f6ljer trojanerna plikttroget sina planeter, \u00e4ven om de dansar runt i ringen,\u00a0 och de har genom \u00e5ren hittats runt Mars, Jupiter och Neptunus. Dessutom delar tv\u00e5 av Saturnus m\u00e5nar banor med trojaner.<\/p>\n<p class=\"clear-left\">Och jorden? Kandidater har d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 diskuterats (se senast W-bloggen nr 86 2011) men nu anser sig\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nasa.gov\/mission_pages\/WISE\/news\/wise20110727.html\">NASA:s team bakom WISE (Wide-field Infrared Survey Explorer) definitivt identifierat jordens f\u00f6rsta trojan<\/a>, en asteroid som varit j\u00e4ttesv\u00e5r att hitta beroende p\u00e5 att\u00a0 den dels \u00e4r ljussvag, den dels ligger ganska n\u00e4ra solen sett fr\u00e5n jordens horisont.<\/p>\n<p class=\"clear-left\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.astb.se\/cassiopeiabloggen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/WISE_Earthtrojan.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"610\" height=\"425\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-17608\" style=\"width: 499px; height: 351px;\" title=\"WISE hittade trojnen - som att leta efetr en n\u00e5l i h\u00f6stack... Med hj\u00e4lp\u00a0 av specialinstrumentet <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">NEO<\/span>WISE (den letar efter jordn\u00e4ra\u00a0 &#8220;<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">N<\/span>ear <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">E<\/span>arth <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">O<\/span>bjects), har astronomerna haft \u00f6gonen p\u00e5 uppskattningsvis 155 000 asteroider i huvudb\u00e4ltet mellan Mars och Jupiter och mer \u00e4n 500 NEO-objekt, av vilka ett drygt 100-tal var nykomlingar i katalogen.<\/p>\n<p>Tv\u00e5 misst\u00e4nkta &#8220;jordade&#8221; trojaner, den ena med beteckningen 2010 TK7, kunde s\u00e5 sm\u00e5ningom fastst\u00e4llas med hj\u00e4lp av jordbundna teleskop p\u00e5 Hawaii.<\/p>\n<p><strong>* Jordens trojan 2010 TK7 <\/strong><strong>\u00e4r 300 meter i diameter<\/strong>, den r\u00f6r sig i m\u00e4rkliga piruetter kring sin vilopunkt i jordbanans plan kring vilken den ocks\u00e5 oscillerar upp och ner.<\/p>\n<p><strong>* Avst\u00e5ndet bed\u00f6ms till 80 miljoner km<\/strong>, och under de kommande 100 \u00e5ren kan asteroiden inte komma jorden n\u00e4rmare \u00e4n 24 miljoner km.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;F\u00f6lja John&#8221;-leken i planetsystemet \u00e4r en ganska nyuppt\u00e4ckt f\u00f6reteelse, och \u00e4ven svenska astronomer forskar kring fenomenet trojaner &#8211; i Uppsala t ex forskaren<strong> Ola Karlsson<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Om st\u00f6rre trojaner i sin tur omges av &#8220;minitrojaner&#8221; \u00e5terst\u00e5r att se.
