App magn ligger runt 12 och supernovan har redan passerat ljusmaximum.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Supernova 2: <\/span><\/h3>\n<h2>SN-resterna i Andromedagalaxen<\/h2>\n<p>\tJag efterlyste ju info om SN-rester i M31, och redan 2002 dokumenterade r&ouml;ntgenk&auml;nsliga <a href=\"http:\/\/iopscience.iop.org\/1538-4357\/580\/2\/L125\/16594.text.html\">Chandra-sonden en supernovarest<\/a> i Andromedagalaxen. Den demografiska studien t&auml;cker mer &auml;n 2000 yrkesforskare inom astronomi och geofysik i Storbritannien och ger ett &ouml;verraskande positivt resultat: J&auml;mf&ouml;rt med f&ouml;rra g&aring;ngen en liknande unders&ouml;kning utf&ouml;rdes, 1998, &auml;r l&auml;get i dag b&auml;ttre med i snitt en tredjedel kvinnor p&aring; alla funktioner inom omr&aring;det (fr&aring;n doktorerande till post doc-tj&auml;nster). S&auml;mst &auml;r det n&auml;r det g&auml;ller procentandelen professorer: Bara 7 proc av UK:s astronomiprofessorer &auml;r kvinnor. Det &auml;r l&auml;get SAMTIDIGT som antalet professorer markant &ouml;kat sedan f&ouml;rra m&auml;tningstillf&auml;llet. Astronomin &auml;r ju en vetenskap p&aring; spr&aring;ng! Lassell var en av en handfull bryggare vid denna tid, som hade astronomin som hobby. Han verkade i Liverpool, d&auml;r det fanns hundratals bryggerier. P&aring; en punkt &auml;r Lassell intressant f&ouml;r oss svenskar: Han var i Sverige i samband med den&nbsp; totala solf&ouml;rm&ouml;rkelsen 1851 och h&ouml;ll p&aring; att bli blind n&auml;r solljuset spr&auml;ckte det svarta glaset i hans okular.<\/p>\n<h2>Till sist&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p>\t&#8230;&nbsp; noteras en utst&auml;llning p&aring; konstmuseet&nbsp; Louisiana norr om K&ouml;penhamn med amerikanskan <strong>Vija Celmins<\/strong>, som g&auml;rna l&aring;ter sig inspireras av astronomiska fotografier i sina bilder.
