{"id":86590,"date":"2020-12-09T13:06:03","date_gmt":"2020-12-09T12:06:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.astb.se\/cassiopeiabloggen\/?p=86590"},"modified":"2020-12-10T11:55:15","modified_gmt":"2020-12-10T10:55:15","slug":"nr-112-2020-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.astb.se\/cassiopeiabloggen\/2020\/12\/09\/nr-112-2020-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Nr 113 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Radioastronomer hittar ny sorts himlakroppar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En helt ny typ av himlakroppar, gigantiska cirkul\u00e4ra skivor\/diskar, har hittats av radioastronomerna, tipsar W-bloggens stringer <strong>Anders Nyholm.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Radioastronomerna vet inte vad det handlar om men att himlakropparna \u00e4r reella bevisas av att tre olika radioteleskop inklusive viktiga supermaskinen ASKAP med olika utrustning har identifierat fenomenen, som tr\u00e4ffande kallas  \u201cOdd Radio Circles\u201d eller bara  ORC:s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/arxiv.org\/pdf\/2006.14805.pdf\">Rapportens konklusion <\/a>noterar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;A careful search of the literature has found no previous report of such circular radio objects, other than the well-known objects, such as supernova remnants and starburst rings, which we have shown above can not explain our observations. Image credit: Norris&nbsp;et al, arXiv: 2006.14805.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ASKAP har f\u00f6rm\u00e5gan att scanna av stora delar av himlavalvet i jakten p\u00e5 ytsvaga objekt i radiospektrumet men \u00e4nd\u00e5 med stor uppl\u00f6sning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Radioastronomernas teoretiker kliar sig i huvudet, skulle detta r\u00f6ra sig om supernovarester m\u00e5ste de vara gigantiska, inte heller stj\u00e4rnbildningsringar (&#8220;starburst rings&#8221;) kan f\u00f6rklara fenomenet.
