Mosaikerna avsl\u00f6jar unga stj\u00e4rnor som bildas, inb\u00e4ddade i t\u00e4ta moln av stoft. Nya stj\u00e4rnor f\u00f6ds i de f\u00e4rggranna molnen av gas och stoft. De infrar\u00f6da observationer som bygger upp bilden avsl\u00f6jar nya detaljer i stj\u00e4rnbildningsomr\u00e5den som normalt \u00e4r g\u00f6mda bakom moln av stoft<\/em>.\u00a0<em>Bilden togs fram med data fr\u00e5n VIRCAM-instrumentet p\u00e5 VISTA-teleskopet vid ESO:s Paranalobservatorium i Chile. Observationerna gjordes inom ramen f\u00f6r kartl\u00e4ggningsprojektet VISIONS som kommer att ge astronomerna en b\u00e4ttre f\u00f6rst\u00e5else av stj\u00e4rnbildningen i dessa stoftrika omr\u00e5den.Denna enorma bild med 520 miljoner pixlar kan utforskas i detalj i denna <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eso.org\/public\/images\/eso2307a\/zoomable\/\">inzoomningsbara version<\/a>.
